Coronavirus-

Covid-19 Site restrictions and New site rules

R E Pearce Properties Ltd are now operating under new Government guidelines to fight the spread of Covid-19.

As a result we have initiated our "Work Together, Stay Apart"company plan, which is in effect on all of our Construction sites.We are working exceptionally hard to ensure that as many precautions are taken to prevent the transmission of this disease. Increased signage and PPE are present on site and there strict guidelines for anyone working on or visiting our sites.

All of our site workforce will be keeping strictly to the Social Distancing guidelines which must be adhered to at all times. In enclosed spaces and where this is not possible We'll be making sure that they're wearing face coverings to ensure that the virus is kept at bay.

We've also installed wash stations and will be asking all site visitors who attends our construction sites the wash their hands regularly, and whenever they come into contact with surfaces or other people on site.

In order to avoid overcrowding on site and so our site personnel conduct their day-to-day work without unannounced disruption, all visits to site will be planned and booked into our diary so that we can take covid-19 in our stride.

We will be carrying out all of our works on a paperless basis; so we won't be asking attendees to sign into site or be accepting delivery tickets. We will however still be keeping our own notes of everyone who visits.

All other regular PPE will still be worn to maintain the same levels of safety to which we've become accustomed.

Viewings will no longer be conducted unannounced and will need to be planned into our daily schedule with our office or the selling Estate Agent, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for arrival on site.
